Holiday Adopt-a-Family

The holiday season can be a challenging and stressful time for our families who struggle to provide for their children’s basic needs. You can bring holiday cheer and much-needed tangible support to families by participating in our annual Adopt a Family campaign.

How it works:  MOMS’ Case Workers and Health Educators identify families who could especially benefit from some tangible support during the holidays. Each is a family enrolled in MOMS home visitation or health education programs. The families who are identified have a new baby or are expecting a baby.

• Each family shares what they need. Donors read about families and choose who they wish to adopt. You shop for gift cards for the family.
• You drop off the gift cards in November and no later than early December.
• We do our best to capture photos of your family with your special gift and we will also ask them to write a note to their adopter(s) which will be provided to you.
